Default 6gen 2000 accord gasker and VTEC - Need Help badly

He everyone:

Here is the story - 1st of all its a 2000 accord 4cyl -vtec 187K on it

so my Gasket blew - then I gave my car to a local shop to fix it, yes thy remove the cylinder Head, send it to machine shop to shave a bit, put a new Gasket and installed it.

they also replace the radiator due to oil contamination - fine

everything almost back to normal, no more oil in the Rad, or Overheat issue.

but my engine vibrate so much with unusual noise - tech working on the car told me go drive couple of day and call me - I said ok

alright I was driving around 25 minutes - bamm check engine light came. well I came to the Hondatech here - use how to checkengine code out - yes I pull the code it is 22 = P1257, P1258, P1259 means VTEC.

at this point I would like to fix it my self - but before I jump in to water, can one of you kind Honda Guru help me.

is it normal to vibrate, the engine due to VTEC problem ?
or our tech over here did something wrong with the timing and balancer belt, should I check them too?

man thats gonna be lots of work.

I am not a good writer, so forgive me - dudes

Thank you so much in Advance.

Thanks H2290;

but if its timing problem, I should also get piston miss firing - code right ?

I check the VTEC solenoid with a ohm meter and check the voltage yes everything good, but I didn't check if its clogged - its too dark here, I will check that tomorrow.

I am really glad that, we have Honda-tech form

Ok I removed the VTEC solenoid - clean everything, check with the ohm meter - installed it. yep its working, no more check engine light.

but I still have some vibration - look like my balancer bet, technician didn't install properly.

I am looking to it tomorrow

if any of you have helpful info please give it to me

Thanks
