Its not Fort Minor. Its Carolina Raceway Park in Puerto Rico.

The event is called Ilegal Street Racing at the Track because the christmas tree is off and there is no time slip. Whoever gets to the end first wins. Period. You can race from a roll or from a dig, whatever suits you best. Its kind of a twist from the way the races are made in the show Pinks. The event was made this way in order to reduce the number of people racing on the streets and so far its working nicely.
