ok i have a 96 civic coupe with a 95 obd1 JDM GSR. recently my car has been acting really weird, it seems to bog out especially in 1-3rd gear. the car is idling really weird, and burning the hell outta gas. i work at acura and used HDS no codes or ne thing. at first i intially thought it was a vaccuum leak bc thats wat it feels like, but didint find leak anywhere. It has brand new plugs and wires, nothing has changed. timing is dead on, did new belt 8 months ago with swap. my only idea is maybe bad or clogged injector or possibly need to replaced dist. rotor. any ideas? kinda hard to explain without driving it i know!

 

check for the tps sensor
throttle position sensor?
loss of power
eating to much fuel
black smoke
looks like lint mode

 

not kickin any black smoke tps is reading 5 volts which is fine, appears fine. anyother ideas?

 

do you have fuel pressure guage on it?

 

i checked that when this first happend, fuel pressure was fine, dont member wat it was, but remember checkin it to spec on isis and it was right in there
