92eg6cali is right....but in your case you can only use 99-00 lx,ex,si floor harness and doors. you cannot use the 96-98. and all you need to do is plug the floor harness into your fuse box and have fun

i ordered the floor harness today but i cant get the door harness alone.
the dealer says its all in the cabin. that harness is around 300.00.

Interesting....how much has the conversion cost you so far? If you don't mind itemizing your expenses I'd love to see how much it would approx. cost me to do it. I'm getting REALLY sick of rolling my windows up.

well i picked up the new floor harness at the dealer. i found out that since we already had a complete pair of si doors with internals, we just need the floor harness and some relays and fuses. the rest is plug and play
so basically you bought:
full 99-00 civic si doors
floor harness
and you just need some relays and fuses?
what was your total cost if you factor in the cost of the doors?
where the hell can I find full doors?

we already had the doors. you can find some doors here i think i seen someone with a thread who had si doors for 275.00 the floor harness cost 179.00 at the dealer. i think less than 500.00 you can have a full power window conversion.

you really only need the door internals and door panels. so if you go to the junk yard and gut the doors it might be cheaper. also getting the cabine harness at the junkyard would be cheaper also.
I did it on my 99 hatch...I used an Si Dash harness/fuse box and door harnesses. The problem I had here was in the steering column area, particularly the wiper switch and the horn. Lots of headaches, but I got it worked out without deploying an airbag in my face.
I used a floor harness from an HX...the rear wiper/fluid squirter is the issue here as well. I ended up bypassing some plugs and hardwiring things. Oh well.
Make sure you don't get the wrong power mirror switch...the Integra switch looks the same but functions differently than the Civic switches.
For some reason I had to make all new grounds to get everything to work in the end. Now I have power windows, locks, mirrors, and a factory keyless entry unit (the automatically dimming dome light is kind of cool). Most importantly, TWEETERS! just kidding...
Was the time/money spent and weight gained worth it? I guess.

iam about to strip an ek. and transfer parts to my ek shell. what advise would you have for me on removing the dash without deploying the air bag.
also i have to transfer driver power window acutator and lock. How hard is this to do.

Get a Helms and follow the instructions on disabling the SRS system.

Easy. 10 mm socket. Just remember where things go when you take them off and putting them back in will be easier.
