Default Occassionally slow building oil pressure on startup.

Recently, I've started noticing my oil pressure taking a little longer to build from 0 on cold startup. Motor has 61,xxx and runs on 5w30 gtx.

Could this be from the weather getting so much colder? Signs of the oil pump going out? Maybe the filter is bad?

Still builds really healthy pressure while driving, 60-70 psi cruising, tops off at 80 WOT.

TIA

I THINK MAYBE OIL MIGHT BE GOING LITTLE BIT BY BIT. MY OIL PRESSURE WHEN I STARTED IT CLIMES TO 80 AT WARM UP, AND WHEN I DRIVE IT, AND CRACK VTEC IT STAY AT 100

Well, it has been getting colder out. Do you park outside or in a garage? What's the coldest temp your car has seen @ cold startup?

You're right to use 5w30.

Car is garage kept, driven 2-3 hours a week. Oil level is always kept in the upper-middle of the two spots on the dipstick.
