What is the widest wheel an EG can handle - in 16" form?
With the proper back spacing and some minor fender rolling - and without any suspension rubbing issues (with a 2" drop):
What is the widest an EG can accept?
What offset will this require?

First decide on your tires, then decide on your wheel width.
The proper 16" tire size for your '92-95 Civic is 205/40-16. Most tires that size are approved for mounting on wheels 7.0-8.0 inches wide. So you could get 16x8 and mount the tires on it. (Personally, I wouldn't get them that wide, because the tires will tend to look "stretched", and I would prefer 16x7 or 16x7.5, but hey, if you like the stretched look, go for 16x8.)

what you need to look at is how much room you have from the backside of the wheel to your suspension?????
next is how much room do you have from the face of the wheel to your fender???
get me those measurements and i can tell you what offset you will need..
16x8 with a 45mm offset will have a backside of 6.27 (from the hub to your suspension in inches) whick leaves 2.73 from your hub to your fenderwell..this is one example....
let me know
