Default JDM Emblems for Si

I want to put JDM red honda emblems on my '06 Si but I'm not sure which ones will fit. I can't find a site that sells them for the FGs but I have found a bunch for the DC5s. Does anyone have these emblems on there '06 Civic or know where I can get them? If so share the info.

Easy there SeanJohn! I don't recall ever asking how to install the emblems (which is the only topic in the post you are referring to). I read that post and I wanted to know where I could get the JDM emblems (hense the question "does anyone know where I could get them"). Sorry that I seemed to offend you by posting a topic that was related to another (even though it was a totally different question) but if you can't help find the answer, then just don't reply. No need to get your panties in a bunch, but thanks for your concern!

Thanks Mort, you knew what I was looking for and I found my answer.

You can purchase at jdmland.com. I believe that is what you were looking at under DC5. Demonis and ModifyORDie have them

Make sure you bought 04-05 ep3 emblem for the front.

I will say this... the JDM/EDM EP3 front emblem from 04+ fits perfectly, but the DC5 type R rear from 03 i think, or whatever (jdmland code DC5005) is smaller than the stock SI emblem on the back, but i think it will still look good.

Oh yeah, and I still STRONGLY support my 250+whp rule for these emblems, that is why they are still sitting on my TV... (that and im not going to take my bumper off twice, once for my emblem, and once for my foglight replacement... all in one swing right?)

i hope you ordered the right front ones...the dc5 ones wont fit on the front...youll need the 05+ jdm ep3...

and the rear dc5 are the biggest you can get...but youll have to cut off the rear pointy thingys because they wont fit the holes in your trunk...make sure you cut them off but still use them to plug the holes so they dont leak......just in case

The only type r made with over 250hp was the nsx. Hp doesn't make a type r a type r.

nah man, because ive read u can use a dc5 rear and a ep3 front

and the sad face is to all the fake type Rs...

theres more to a type R than HP and red Hs... so to all the fake type Rs and to not knowing the history of the red H... but i do admit it looks better than the regular H. but its like putting STI on a WRX..

no not really....and i do know the history of the red h badge...however it looks 4395349583045 times better than the chrome....and just because you put it on their doesnt mean your trying to be a fake type-r...it just looks better..... thats just like saying:

*because i put the cf type-r interior in my teg...i'm trying to pass it off as an itr?

*because i put a turbo in my civic ex...i'm trying to pass it off as a wrx?

*because i put rims on my car i'm trying to pass it off as fast?

and maybe we're trying to pay homage to the type-r considering it will most likely never be offered in the us ever again? what you said is bs

yes it looks alot better than the silver H

i dont like ITR interior in other cars because half the time in NY its stolen(notice i said half, and i said NY because i can tell you first hand)

put a turbo in a civic its nothing like a wrx, its more like a fun fast civic, my friend has a turbo civic and i think its cool(some people on the otherhand dont..)

putting wheels on a car does not make people think its fast, i see it all the time who gives a ****

and pay homage is most likely the last thing on peoples minds. but heck if thats what u are doing great...

but to all the people who have stolen typer parts they should have there hands off and if they do it again there feet

Most of the pople who buy stolen parts do not know they are stolen......CBS or NBC or one of those stations took a "stolen" car and with a fake identity sold it to a dealership...who then turned around and attempted to sell it........one lady just paid $50,000 for a caddy from one dealership...and the police showed up and told her it was stolen...took her car..and of course didnt give her any money back

Technically, the red H isnt related to the type-R directly, its just the symbol for honda racing i believe. So unless we put a TYPE-R badge on our car, we arent trying to be a type-r. Now, if you got the red h, the body kits and tried to dress your car up entirely to look like the type-r counterparts... then yes, thats just crappy.

Theres a fine line between customizing and cloning.

Si wheels on an EX, looks good. SI wheels, trunk, lights, and emblems on a EX...TACKY.
