The Eibach rear swaybar is not compatable with the ASR brace on the EK. There's a extra bend in the Swaybar which makes it wider apart to mount.
If you search around there have been few people that have successfully installed other brand name swaybars onto the ASR brace.

He probably doesn't have a front sway.

neither do I, and I have the ITR rear bar.

If you really want a front and rear sway bar, and you want the ASR brace too, you should get the rear ITR sway bar and then pick a front sway to go with it.
Your options for front bars are Civic EX, Civic Si, and aftermarket. If you get an aftermarket there are some manufacturers that have setups for cars without a factory front sway bar. If you go with the EX or Si front bars you will need the corresponding front lower control arms for the bar you choose.
