It's been a while since I've posted, but I'm always checking in to see what's going on in the community, and to see if there are any R's for sale at a good price.

I'm currently semi searching for a Black or Champ White ITR, something at a decent price, but I'm also wondering who bought my car after it was stolen.

It's a 2000 PY, #617 but I'm pretty sure the badge didn't remain, stolen a while ago and sold at the insurance auction. I tried buying it back but the insurance company said that I couldn't.

So, if anyone bought a 2000 PY ITR at a NYS insurance auction, how's she doing?
I'm at work now, but I can try and find the vin when I get home if that would help.

 

my 2000 PY R is from Long Island!! it was apparently crashed though by the original owner (or maybe thieves?). it was definitely bought from from auction on Long Island by a dealer upstate where I purchased it. It didnt have a badge (among other things) so I dont know what number it is. I would LOVE to get the VIN!!

I've seen 2000 #616! Its had one hell of a life....

 

I'll try to find the vin either tonite or tomorrow.
I would love to know if it's been restored or used as a track car, or what is going on with it. Mine did come from Long Island!

 

it would be awesome if this was your old car. when did you get rid of it? I got it back in summer of 2001 with about 8K miles. its had a hell of a life but shes in good hands now!

hmm I remember there being a salvaged titled PY being sold here on LI last year sometime I believe. Don't remember the member's username though.

 

Finding who has your R shouldn't be hard. Hell I found most of my R's owners.
