Default Will a D-series AEM V2 fit a B16 EG?

Hi Ya'll,

In europe, we've got as you all know the EG6, the EG with a stock B16A2.

I want to have a AEM V2 CAI, but since there is no B16 EG overthere, AEM doesn't have them.

I've allready checked if the have a Del Sol VTEC one, since that does also fit the EG, but unfortunately they don't have it aswell.

The EK doesn't fit without modifications.

So does the EG D-series V2 fit the B?

Thanks.

(don't mind my english, i'm dutch.)

Just get a cold air, V2 isn't worth it. Even a cold air isn't worth it. Just get a short ram. Intakes don't do anything.

Actually just use your money and get a cam.

You've got a good point there, but it's not up to me. It's for a customer....

Well then, it's your responsibilty to inform the customer. Better to keep people happy then to make money and risk your reputation if the intake doesn't fit.

So now you're gonna tell me how to handle my customers?

No Offence, but this is not what my question is about.

Ok, sorry. I think it should fit, but not perfectly.

That's just my opinion.

cut it and make it fit. i did that with a 2001 civic injen cold air intake and put it on my ek. not using the downpipe for the cold air but short ram works fine.

Well I know the injen 3" CAI for the 92-95 civics work with both Dand B series...don't know specifically about the V2 but I know it doesn't perform as well as advertised(as the case with most aftermarket parts)
