I believe that the clutches are the same but there is one difference. The model of the vehicles, your paying because you have an SI either way. Its all in the name of the model of the car. If its an SI part I garauntee that it will be more expensive then the DX or STD part even if they are the same thing. It happens all the time.

i thouhgt 90-91 was 212 mm flywheel
89 was 200

FWIW
cx/vx flywheel is 15 lbs
others are 18 lbs
but that's for 5g/6g
88 trans uses the 84-87 style clutch (hence the different spline count on input shaft
89 trans uses same splines as 89-00, but smaller clutch diameter
90 trans = first year of the 90-00 standard
got an 88 trans that you need to put on a 90 engine/flywheel?
I believe you use a 89 prelude clutch

Well, my old clutch i took out today is TOAST, whats funny is i already had a extra flywheel, it IS bigger then my old clutch and flywheel of course.
I took my new clutch, lined it up with my old one, the new clutch is taller, and has a more wider area outwards for more contact surface, im excited because it fits on my transmission fine and im suppose to go get my flywheel, "the 90/91" i got, tommorow at a shop, hopefully see if they can lighten it a few pounds possible.
