My car will not rev past or go past 5,000 rpm at full throttle. But when I have at a between 1/2 and 1/4 throttle it will go past just fine. But when I floor it in 1st gear it hits a limit at 5,000rpm and also every other gear... I have a d16a6 with a obd1 IM and TB. I replaced the TB gasket, and distrubitor.
