Any Good or Bad about them? I dont want to spend a load on lowering my car.
I saw them going for $150 lowering my car 1.5 inches, which is the lowest I'm going. What kind of Struts would go good with those?

depends what you want them for but what I feel is best if you want to play with them koni yellow.
if you are happy with a good rate koni red.
Now what kind of H&R kit are you talking about in comparsion?

I've got Neuspeed "street" springs and Koni SP3's (pretty much the same as "yellows") on my hatch with B18C and love how it rides and handles.
Now here is the disclaimer; I'm old and want a reasonable ride. In my opinion, there is no reason to have a suspension that shakes out your teeth. You could also argue that by having a less stiff suspension, it's easier for your wheels to stay in contact with the road (we are not talking about a smooth race track).
The Koni yellows have three different "height adjustment" grooves. The SP3 version have five grooves, but the maximum to minimum are the same, just finer adjustment of height.
Changing the ride height on the Koni's requires that you take the strut assembly out of the car, unlike "coil-over"'s. Not a big thing in my mind due to not feeling the need to change it once happy. I've changed the setting only once.
