OBDI vs. OBDIIa, Do they used different ECU wires????
OK so i've have this problem with my 96 civic hatch. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1790525
And I was looking arround the ECU last night and noticed that some of the wires were not tapped into the ECU plugs and were just laying there. Now the car ran perfect on a stock OBDIIa ECU but now i am running a jumper harness to a OBDI p28. I was wondering if the ECU's use different wires to run the car and if the wires not being plugged in could be what is causing this problem??
any help is appriciated!!!
