Willard has been in town the past couple of days for a work thing. Mrs. Splat and I invited him over for dinner last night, and the first thing he does when he gets to our pad is start crawling around Boxy, which has been parked since July with something wompted in the driveline.

Barely over an hour later, I finish a successful test drive - Will found two issues and repaired them quickly, cannibalizing spare parts from our busted sedan. I basically stood there and played tool bitch while he did all the dirty work.

After a few thousand miles of commuting in the Turbo Pig, I was finally able to take my morning drive in the automagic wagon with the boomin' system

Tell me about it. I was up to three immobiles there for a bit. But now Boxy's rolling, and the silver car is officially a parts car.

And your list is spot-on Not only did Willie drink a few beers and get the wagon fixed, he left me with a ton of short-list small things that I can do to make her even better.
