Tighten the bolt on the shift linkage or you need to change your shifter bushings.

Ac ouple things to look at..where the shifter bolts to the linkage seems to be a common problem, the rubber in there wears out and makes it feel like you car is in neutral in every gear...you can get the parts from honda or just get a short shifter or new shifter...next replace the shift bushings with some poly ones its really easy to do...if neither of those get the feeling you want you may want to invest in a new linkage...the "U" joint can wear out and cuase some slop you can try and fix it but there isn't really a good way to go about it and new linkage isnt to costly...HTH
