Default Want to instal oil psi and A/f gauges, using the ecu

i want to install those gauges (electronic) using pins from the ecu, i have an obd2a and have looked at a schematic but couldn't see any pins for monitoring the oil psi, but i see a couple for the o2 sensors, which sensor pin should i use for the a/f ??

the ecu does not monitor oil pressure, the oil pressure switch only works the dummy light.
the O2 sensors on your car are narrowband, so pointless to to try to hook up a gauge to it

I think that there is an oil pressure sensor that the ECU reads if you have a vtec engine. It may however be only a high/low switch type sensor. The reason I say this is that from what I understand, the ecu will not hit vtec if the oil pressure is too low.

However, even if you figure out what wire it is and it's a variable sensor, you would have to find a gauge that works with the range that it reads.

I think you are out of luck!

yeah only oil switch that the ecu sees is the vtec one; but there is no oil pressure in the solenoid until vtec engages. the switch only works on a 50psi basis

i thought my 97 HX had wideband sensors, unless i was lied to O.o
