Default Jonny_Blacks car is back at it again! (LOTS of pics!)

We don't call the car "tweak" for nothing! hahaha!

Well we're back in the shop again with Jonny_Blacks car! This time increasing the radiator size for the water-air intercooler, and modifying his valve cover a bit to make it more asthetically pleasing

So, here it is back on the lift..... yet again.

I had to cut off the small radiator filler cap, and weld in a plug, as well as relocate one of the inlets... at the same time, i also had to fabricate/machine a new nipple, because the ones that came with it suck.

Ok, then it was time to install it and build the new brackets...

Old versus new radiator:

Ok, now its on to the valve cover... JB was tired of the old OEM cover, so i took one, and did several modifications to it... lets see if everyone can pick them out. Also, it got a new paintjob as well

Money Shot:

Still a bit more work to do to the valve cover, but we just ran out of time... maybe next week Thanks for stopping by again Jonny!

Thanks! I have a LOT of time in that valve cover... hehe. I was actually expecting some more... uh... "interesting" replies about the valve cover, and at least one of the mods i did to it. HT is usually quite quick to point out "oddities"

I'm shocked no ones pointed it out yet... haha!

The valve cover is only half-done... just ran outta time today. But the filler is being relocated under the spark plug wire cover so its clean and out of the way

Aahhh... yea, thats why i didn't see it... lol!

Yea, i've never seen it done before either, and i'm REALLY liking how it looks. I'm probably going to wind up doing something similar to all my valve covers, and especially on that "other" project we have going on... haha! Its not like you NEED that big-*** stock oil filler anyway..
