Please HELP, CEL Flashes in my 99 ls, trying to determine cause
my integra cel starts to flash at low idle. A week prior the car through a code that said "insufficient cat". Now the CEL blinks and will not stop. I know this is a misfire, but could the CAT cause this? If i keep the idle above 2k rpm, the cel dosnt flash and it only start to flash and stay on if I keep under 1k rpm. PLEASE HELP

all i can say is thats a bit odd.. more info... is ur car obd1.. obd2.. chipped ecu or no? 100 percent stockl?
