Okay to seal up window gutters?

Okay to seal up window gutters?
It is ok to seal up the window gutter drains on top of a 91 si. Can I weld them or will that mess things up? I want to make them filled in.. Anyone done this or attempted it? thanks

What to you mean filled in? I would weld in some thing sheet metal if i were you.
But i like the way it loooks with the gutters, besides it helps so the water doesnt run off on the windows.
