EK Civic Headlight Problem...
When I turn on my headlights only one lights up. I thought it was just a blown bulb. But when I redline it, the other light will usually turn on. USUALLY. But sometimes the light just stays off. It is the passenger side. I figure it might be a wire connection problem, or perhaps just a shatty bulb...
