Not yet. I just finished painting it. Need to assemble the shortblock and get my GSR head off to RLZ to be built. Once that's back, I have pretty much everything to assemble the drivetrain and install it.
G'Damn right iCHiBAN for life.

The paint and body looks amazing!!
But i must ask, you are building a race car that will be wrenched on during events, why put soo much into paint&body and have a chance of it getting damaged??
Dont get me wrong, it looks VERY nice, but i would be worried about scratching the paint.

I know it's to a fault... but I have a hard time every doing anything really half-***... and that includes the exterior of the car.
I've always loved my body style the most, and have always dreamed of building a dangerously quick street class car, in this color scheme, etc. etc... so there's more in the car than just racing and E.T.'s.
As I watched a show last night on Discovery or ESPN etc... it was all about street bikes, and it's hosted by that famous black stunt rider (can't remember his name). Anyway, they were at a custom R1/R6 shop out in the middle of nowhere, and the shop owner said "I'm just one of those guys who not only has to go fast, but has to look good doing it". That pretty much sums it up

I just read the build post and WOW
. I would hope someone can recreate with a more bold color to really show the time spent! Not that I don't like champ white, its just that with a red, blue or even black you can express the craftsmanship a great deal more.
Big things in your future so long as you keep it a hobby and not a career

There is nothing wrong at all for going fast and looking good while doing it. Thats kinda my motto as well, since I wash my car before I take it to the track to get rubber all over it. Good luck in the future with that thing
I've been reading your buildup thread all afternoon at work.. slow day
hehe your car is amazing, you may have inspired me to do a similar paintjob on my civic

I actually recovered them off an old webhost that I used way back, but since you ask here's one for you too.
