Default Need a Tuners Opinion

I just fixed a surging problem that I was having, my Power FC had the Injectors set to 100% (car not tuned yet). After setting the injectors to about 27% the car runs better, not great but better. Let me give the low down on the set-up.

LS/VTEC
B18B Block
JE 9:1 Pistons
H-Beam rods
A/C Block Guard
Golden Eagle LS/VTEC Kit
GSR Head
Full valve train
GSR cams
ARP Head Studs
T3/T4 .58/.63 57 Trim Turbo
Tial Wastegate
Greddy style BOV
Equal Length Manifold
FMIC
Precision 880 Injectors
Aluminium fuel rail
Walbro 255 lph Fuel Pump
B&M Fuel pressure regulator
B&M Fuel Pressure Guage

Now for the problem:

Enlight of my newly founded Power FC issue I reset my injector precentage. The car is running extremely rich now, and my plugs get fouled out almost immediatly. Lots of black smoke out of the *** end at any RPM (to much to drive on). The stock injector size of an integra is 240cc, my injectors are 880, so I did the math and came up with 27% for my Power FC. My fuel pressure right now is at 36-38 PSI. Now these injectors flow a lot more fuel then the OEM injectors, even set at 27% because there ball style, That coupled with the larger fuel rail **RICH AS HELL**

Now for the Question:

Which should I reduce
a: Tune the Power FC down lower than 27%, or,
b: Turn down the fuel pressure

I know that not a lot of people will know this answer but any input would be great.

27% all the time? Thats not what you should be running for a base. Set the idle to something around 1% - 5% and 3500 around 10%. Also set your pressure to 42psi (stock) and take the car to a tuner ASAP. Do you even have a wideband?

Are you at all experienced with Power FCs. I'm not trying to say that your wrong or anything, I just don't know that much about them. I do not have a wideband, right now I'm just trying to get it running enough to get it down to the tuner. I do have a lot of experience with hondas and other sports cars, but this is the first Power FC. Right now I'm using the commander just to set the fuel injectors. Now if I reset the Power FC then the injecotrs will be set to 100%, now are you saying that I should set it to 1-5%? When I'm in monitoring mode, the injectors are idling at about 1.6%. I was under the impression that if I set it to 27% under the settings mode that the FC would only use 27% of the injectors cabability.

I have never personally used the FC before but tuning is the same in all software/hardware you use. You have your timing and your fuel. Fuel is measured in all systems as duty cycle from 0%-100%. If you have your 880cc injectors running at 27% your getting around 250 or so ccs in each cylinder you do not need that much to run a car at idle. You need a wideband before you touch anything else cause you could damage it. It might just be safer to tow it to a tuner instead of you trying to play with it blindly and the possiblity of damaging something.
