gets dirty pretty easy and its not an eye catching color. swirls like stated above.
theres very few black hondas i like, better to just get a diff color, its hard to find a good combo that i like that go with rims etc, but thats just me.

It just shows flaws really well. I live in FL and I think it adds to the already rediculous heat. Either way, I love the look of black, I just could own it.

They're harder to find in a poorly-lit parking lot.

Dust seems to show up the most on black. VSM is probably the most trouble-free color.

I hate my (wife's) black accord because it's such a pain to get all of the wax out of the rock chips on the hood. Also, since it's a metallic black sparkle (which ought to be illegal), it always looks dirty, even when I just washed it.

*sigh* but that's the color she wanted...

QFT. I could get away with only washing my VSM EJ like twice a year.

I couldn't agree more with everything posted.

I had a VSM "EK" and I sometimes TRYED to let it get dirty.. I'd clean it and it would look the exact same, wax it and it's still pretty much the same. Scratches were nearly invisible since they blended in. I even spray painted my rear bumper and most people didn't notice.

my white EGGG showed dirt VERY easily compared to the VSM, and everyone thinks white is an easy color to take care of, I highly disagree

Milano red is pretty carefree, besides the fact that it will fade.

But I had a black mustang.. that beast always got dirty and dusty, but since I took care of it, it was always a head turner. The paint even being 10 years old, when polished and waxed looked like a million bucks. If you're dedicated to keeping it clean then black will be the most rewarding. If you're not, it will be your biggest nightmare

The most annoying thing about older black Hondas is the inevitable roof/ hood oxidation. It also really sucks to leave a black car parked in the sun w/out tinted windows. I've literally burned my hands on my seatbelt/ shift **** in my NHBP civic si.
