Just recently I've noticed that when I turn my foglights off I hear an audible pop or click from under the dash somewhere, possibly coming from the fuse cluster. I've never noticed this before and the first time I heard it one of my bulbs wouldnt turn on again. They've been pretty much trouble free the last 4 years and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what it might be?

relay?

 

its the relay making that noise def. But I am not sure if that is good or bad. I just bought a relay from autozone and when i turn the headlights on and push the switch..i hear the noise too. i dont currently have my fogs installed yet because i have blown bulbs but i just got the relay and it should be in working condition...

i think i have the same broblem but it is when i turn the switch there sound clicks from the speakers, idk why?

 

well i dont know if mine is not working right or not...I dont have bulbs in them nor are they hooked up. I just have the foglight/tweeter cover switch and the relay hooked up, and when the headlights are on and i turn the switch OFF I hear the click. IDK...

 

its the relay. they all do that. if you listen closely, you can hear other relays clicking when you turn your headlights on too.


but if the sound is coming thru the speakers.... thats prolly not good.

 

yeah, i know its the relay...but i didnt know if they were supposed to do that or not...But thanks for the info!
