Default cluster conversion question

i might try to put an integra cluster into my ej1 soon, and i was wondering if there is any way NOT to cut the plastic cover off to make it fit. i like a nice clean oem-looking fit...
thanks for your input

You are not going to get an OEM fit unless you modify the Civic bezel to fit around the Integra cluster, then custom make a plexiglass cover.

Someone did it a long time ago.

thanks. that's the link i was gonna use to do it (it's in the FAQ).

BlueIntegraBoy, do you know if that is stock clear plastic, or plexi made for the cut cluster? also you can see through to the inside of the dash at the corners...if that's what i'll get using the stock cover, i'll see about making a plexi one.

The pic is using the stock plastic. The one in the link is using plexiglass.
