Default spoon cams??????????

I've been looking for some specs on spoon sports cams. Unfortunately i can not find any info. besides recommended valve clearences. Do any of you guys have any experience with these cams or know the specs (duration and lift) of these cams.

I use Spoon cams.

Intake lift 11.53mm, duration 256
Exhaust lift 11.13mm, duration 245

Nearly identical intake and exhaust lift of Toda A's, and nearly identical intake and exhaust duration of Toda B's. Except unlike Toda's, the non-VTEC lobes are staggered to induce swirl filling of the cylinders. The non-VTEC lobes are also slightly larger than ITR and CTR's. And my idle is silky smooth.
