have a 99'civic has codes 9,20,41,65:

9:CYP 1 cylinder misfire
20:ELD electric load detector
41:can't remember if it's a 41 or 45(the 45 is system too LEAN/RICH)
65:secondary 02 sensor

all of sudden i'm cruising at around 2500-4000rpm and the car sputters like there's NO fuel what so ever,also feels like misfire REALLY BAD.......................NOW,my speedometer goes out,everything else is working but the SPEED could the ELD be causing all these PROBLEMS?????????????????
