For those of you that may remember I had both of my integras ( one 98' itr. and one 95' gsr ) stolen april of last year. I have been driving other cars since then but am returning to hondas. Have been looking into S2000s. Are they as high of a theft as ITRs? as integras? Interested in purchasing an S2000 but last night my friends 05' s2k was stolen.
Thanks for help

i don't think there are near the concerns with owning an S2K as there are owning an ITR, but i could be wrong.

Umm an AE86. And a couple months ago on ebay some guy managed to get one in a civic. Otherwise it's not very desirable. Like others mentioned the only parts people want off the s2k are the seats, cluster and shiftknob. Seat locks + hardtop will solve all of your problems.

seat locks wont help a damn thing...
if you got a hardtop and they broke into that to steal your seats, the only thing the seatlocks will do is **** them off....

the only reason there isnt as many s2k thefts is because there arent as many compatable parts with civics/integras. the itr has all the most desirable goodies stock. and its the easist to break into. nuff said.
