Default Low idle after FITV clean

Hey guys, i'm kinda new at this forum. I applogize ahead of time if this has been covered before, but the search didn't really help me and the FAQ'd threads didn't exactly cover my question. Also, sorry for the long post, I wanted to be as informative as possible.

I cleaned out and adjusted my FITV yesterday due to some terrible reving during warm up and a constant high idle (1,400rpm) after being warmed. I adjust the valve and tightened it up and now at start up I get to 1500rpm(+/- 20) or so and then it slowly goes down as the car warms up which, iirc, is normal.

The only problem is that when the car is warmed it seems like my idle is a bit low(500rpm; +/- 50), is it just my mind playing games on me(since the idle had been running so high for about a week) or is it hurtful to the engine to be running at that idle? The specifications say 670rpm(+/-50). If I messed with the idle adjustment screw would I have to adjust anything else, clear codes, etc? As far as the IACV seems to be working fine as there is no loping or hunting for a solid idle. When the AC is on, the idle runs up to 800rpm, which I also believe is about normal.

The car is a 93 Civic EX, d series engine, completely stock. As far as I know, it's been serviced routinely.

Thanks for the reply.

Haynes says to disconnect the sensor and do all this other stuff. And a friend told me that you should clear codes before doing that, so I was a bit confused.

I was just wondering if a idle in that range is normal or if I should do something about it.

I took a look at it today and it looks like it's adjusted a bit, possible closer to 600rpm but not over.

Cancel the request for help, my dumbass didn't know that the little line above '0' is 500rpm. Thus my car is idling normal. Thanks again.
