Well i just installed my city lights into my 00 EM1 Si. Now when i turn them on regular with the low beam on the inside the high beam indicator is faintly on. If i put it on high beam the indicator lights up like it normally should and the lights operate on low beam like they normally should. My high beams dont turn on at all it seems. When its set to low beam the lights give off a faint light, almost like a stronger city light but from the main bulb. I cant see crap from the inside. Has anyone ever run into this problem before? Help! Thanks!

i belive you have them wired wrong

 

You definitely have an error in the wiring somewhere. At the risk of sparking another debate, they should be wired to the positive and negative leads of your parking lights. You shouldn't need to touch your headlight wiring at all in order to connect the city lights.

 

I agree to that. must be a wiring problem.. you should take a test light to it. see where it went wrong

 

Yeah im sorry i should have cleared this up. The city lights are connected correctly. Th headlight i switched the harness on. There was a problem before i just tried to correct it. But there is a wiring problem ill see if i can find it. I just bought this car this past weekend, and im trying to fix all the little things...
