I have Fujita SRI and it gave me with Hondata IMG 15 whp. The difference between Aem and Fujita is the dising of both intakes. IMO Fujita is better.

good question...fujita and injen which is better? I think Injen does more research with their parts but that is not a guarantee...Honestly I am going to possibly wait for the AEM V2 to come out which will perform just like the Injen but have the dry flow filter for better filtration...Injen and Fujita both have the old school oil based filters which really dont filter too well...IMO. Please let me know if I am wrong on this one I would love to know more about proper filtration vs. increase in a few horsepower.

I don't have the Hondata reflash yet, I have the Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket. For Hondata reflash atlease you need to have intake and exhaust.

The Fujita has an enclosed velocity stack inside the filter element, which is the reason for the power gain compared to the AEM or other simple filter + stick combos.

cause i was thinking about just gettin the fujita filter and takin off the aem filter maybe get more gain out of it. but the fujita is 3 inch as to where the aem sri is 2.75 could that 1/4 inch on fujita make that much more power or a difference?

Wow, you have Dyno to support that?

I had Hondata IMG, Evo II cat-back and AEM full length CAI installed and my gains were only 4wph on the top end (185 to 189). Midrange gains were about 12 to 15, but I am assuming your referring to top whp in your post.

I can't believe you got 15wph with only SRI and IMG, UNLESS you have a dyno to prove it.

X2

Or was that the butt dyno, or did you add the 2 companies claimed power gains together to gain your results?

People who make claims like that usually have evidence to support their claim.

You should look closer, the AEM does have a velocity stack type entry thru the filter.

what you guys dont know is that a lot of the workers at fujita were ex workers at injen. so its not like they're new to the game. on the plus side. i believe fujita cleans the inner part of the tubing as well, not just polish the outside.

AEM is not making a V2 for the 8th gens.

Just because the manufactuer claims you'll get 15HP doesnt mean its true. Lets see some dyno charts
