EF owners??? Lip that covers intercooler

EF owners??? Lip that covers intercooler
I have a friend with an EF that's running a 13inch high intercooler. What kind of lip options with OEM bumper, or aftermarket bumpers can hide this kind of intercooler? He's tired of it hanging out the bottom. Thanks.
