My '06 Accord horn is sounding wierd. It doesn't have a full sound, it sounds like half of the original horn. I think there might be something stuck in the horn but im not sure how to get it out without taking everything off. What is the best way to take whatever is in there without taking everthing off?

seeing as it's an 06 accord and it's still the year 2006, I'm going to wager your warranty is still 100% there. take it into honda

PS: They use directed sound so they are only loud to people in front of the car, 118dB (People notice them for sure).
