Default Idle revs

My 95 Accord EX revs up/down only when Its on neutral or park... I have an auto, and I still dont know why id does that. It goes to about 1800 rpms then drops to about 600... then goes up again, then down.

Im guessing very roughly at what rpm's it revs up/down to but u get the point. WHEN I press all 4 windows to go up, it sometimes stops....
And SOmetimes, it doesnt do it at all... maybe its weather related?

As far as using the windows during this goes it is probably just electrical draw from the motors causing the alternator to load up the engine and change the idle.

For the actual problem you may want to search for idle air control valve or IACV. It senses airflow and adjust the idle accordingly to keep it smooth. But when the valve gets clogged it starts to jump around. It is located on the throttle body and very easy to clean.

clean your idle control valve after you verify that you do not have any vaccum leaks. it works 99.9% of the time

If you look on the front of your intake manifold right by the throttle body you will see this nearly rectangular looking valve that has 2 small coolant hoses entering it and 2 12mm or 14mm (can't remember which) holding it on. You just remove the hoses and pull the thing off. You then want to use some brake cleaner or something and just spray all into the thing until black crap stops coming out.

Can anyone help to identify the shop where we can get the gaskets for the IACV (idle Air Control Valve). I searched at AdvancedAutoParts, but no luck. Any suggestions appreciated.

Their site is garbage, you should go into the store if you want the gasket. BUT I have not had any reason to replace the gasket unless it is damaged. Usually it is in perfectly reusable condition.

I went to the advanceautoparts store also, for the gaskets for IACV, with no luck. Normally practice would be to use fresh gaskets if any assembly is detached to ensure no leakages occur. My Accord is EX 6 cylinder, I understand I may have to remove the throttle assembly before I can remove the IACV for cleaning or replacement. Not sure how complex it would be for EX V6.

Any thoughts about the complexity involved, if I like to clean the IACV on my own.

Fouled plugs can also cause what you describe...and for less than $20 you should definitely make that a part of your "tune up"....
