i put in in my friends car...and we conection everything right. and the fuse blew before the music even went on. so im confused on whats going on. and its a jcpenny amp to.(but hey i got it for free) it s 150x2

 

Are you sure you connected the ground wire on a bare metal surface?

 

thats the first thing you check. if it is then when your power connection to make sure its just connected to the battery and the power on the amp. Make sure there are no parts of the cable that are stripped and touching any part of the car. If thats right..try a bigger fuse. It might be the wrong one.
