Cam seal question

I bought a cam seal replacement and it came with only one...and im not sure which one do I replace...the one on the right...or the one thats under the dizzy.

the cam seal goes on the end where there is no dizzy. I dont understand how you'd need two...one is the dizzy, the other one is the cap.

thank you mr deadend sir...I was quite confused because the cam seal can fit into where to dizzy goes...that confused me..but thank you...you are cool!
