is the ITR header worth buying for the k20z1? anyone have any experience with it? and what kind of power gains are we talking over stock? thanks

 

IMO, no way. Not worth the marginal gains it might give. You would also need to run a different front sway bar for it to fit.

 

i dont think its worth it. as mike stated you would have to get a different sway bar.

 

just buy a aftermarket header rather than a type r header.

 

yea its not worth it, u do need the new front swap and u need both the upper and lower half of the manifold...dc race is a good choice

 

It's the BEST combo, If you are trying to stay legal.

the itr header is the best setup if you want to stay legal, you will need a new sway bar. go with the 2001 civic ex sway its 24.5 mm and bolt right up no problem. i am running this on my 05 with a reflash and its ****.
