Default did my first tune up... reviews

engine: jdm 98 itr, stock 4-1 header, 3" short ram magic stick, 2.5" straight through exhaust

tune up: 4.25qt redline 10w30, ngk power cable, ngk 7 iridium, distributor cap

test drive: wow the bitch pulls so much more than before. when i floor it in 1st, my wheels lose traction once vtec hits, shift to 2nd and wheel spin like crazy (no wheel hop), i grab in 2nd after about a second of wheel spin and then shift into 3rd, again spinning the kuhmo mx 205/50/15 just a little bit. this is new found power for me and im pretty happy with my new mods (ngk iridium and power cables)

cliff: mad jdm type r oh **** vtach thats fast y0

Your OE pieces must have been in pretty bad shape if you notice a power change just adding plugs and wires.

Agreed.
Changing plugs and leads doesnt make power. It maintains the power you already have

How many miles were on your teg before you chanegd the plugs?

And did the 98 JDM R's come stock with platnium plugs to get the 100k mile tune up marker?
