Default Turbo v.s. Supercharged

im still new to this whole scene but from what i know, turboing a car is a lot of up keep/ matience. wouldnt be to good if my car was a daily driver. so a supercharger how much more different is it? would it put more wear and tear on the car if i used it was a daily driver? whats the ups/downs of this. any suggestions would be appreciated. oh i got an 02 accord fyi.

its obviously easier to break something if you've got a turbo, its forcing higher compressed air in, whereas a supercharger doesn't at such a high rate (unless you are comparing a 9psi supercharger and a low boost turbo). If you've got the option to supercharge, and you want to daily drive your car with low upkeep, definetly look into that. If you've got a v6, then look at Comptech supercharger packages.

Power delivery...

Not to mention "9 psi" is relative to the turbo or supercharger. 9 psi on a T25 does not equal 9 psi on a T88.

But let's make this a bit more simple, shall we? If you have a 4-cyl, than your only choices are really turbos. If you have a V6, you're pretty much limited to the Comptech Supercharger. There are some custom-built options, but I'll leave that out for now.

Yep there is no supercharger made for the f22b1/2's. Some person was doing custom fab of one, dunno if it was ever finished

for the f22b1 you could use a centrifical blower rather than the positive displacement one for a custom setup but im more of a turbo kind of guy. no drag on the motor but there is lag pretty much they both have their ups and downs its more of a personal preference then any thing
