Type R Trunk wall brace ?

Default Type R Trunk wall brace ?

i have a 00' GS-R and i just got a JDM ITR Trunk wall brace, and it wont line up with the holes in my trunk, i need help on the install, thanks.

Weld/Fab required to fit rear ITR trunk brace on any shell other than ITR.

i looked it up and all it sez u have to do is drill. it bolts inn. with 2 10mm bolts...right?

No welding required. You will need to drill 2 holes and trim the plastic rear panel. You can go to http://www.geocities.com/bretq....html (or mirror site at http://www.geocities.com/bretq....html ) for instructions for installing a ITR trunk brace in a non-ITR.

I stand corrected.... ITR is the only shell with captive nuts pre-installed in the 'sheetmetal'.
