Default Is my kamakazi header too much for my ls/vtec

ok
i have a lsvtec w/ upgraded camshafts, valves springs, bigger pistons i think 11:1 compression. I was j/w if the header is too much being that its a 4-1 w/ small primaries but the second half of the header is one bent 2 1/2 pipe all the way. Will i lose power w/ this header. Should i switch over to the edlebebrock short stubby header? I read up about this header and they say its only good for super charging?

Main question is that will i lose/gain power and second should i go with another header.

A guy on Tagurit on hondaswap.com is running this header on his all motor ls and he said if your going all motor with some aggressive cams or high comp these things are awesome. Im not sure how these compare to edelbrocks tho...
