Default HELP: JUN 2intake cam ITR exhst cam ::: VAFC and Fuel tuning

hello, i have a stock jdm type r motor. i am planning on going with the jun2 intake cam and stock ITR exhaust cam set up. I have seen on here

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=90743
Jun Intake/ITR exhaust- 181-131 (+6,+1, 44psi, VTEC 5100, timing 20)

that this was a good set up. my questions are regarding VAFC and fuel pressure tuning. i have a VAFC and stock LS injectors but i am looking to get RC 310's soon. what would i have to do with my VAFC and would i need to adjust my fuel pressure? i am also looking to get CTR pistons and a spoon head gasket. is there anything specific (problems) i should be looking for?
really i just want my motor to run well until i can get hondata and dyno time before DEC. i know once i get a new ECU, my vafc becomes obsolete. but until then... also i have a chipped p28 ecu. specs on the ecu i really dont know. no fuel pressure regulator but i will get one if needed. i have simple bolt-ons as well. Comptech icebox, greddy header, and tanabe hyper medallion and a AEM fuel rail.

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

To my knowledge, a VAFC does not control Fuel pressure. You need a regulator and gauge for that.

Gauge is roughly $30
Ragulator About $100, though I got mine for $50 off ebay, it was an AEM one.

Couldn't you sell your VAFC and take your chipped P28 and dynotune with crome?

i live in south texas and there are no reputable tuners here. can i manipulate fuel at all with VAFC? if i change my vtec, would i be able to compensate with extra fuel using VAFC? also, looking at athe +6,+2....what does that mean? does that mean on the intake cam, they adjusted it to +6 and the exhaust cam it was adjusted to +2? i vaguely remember the stock fuel pressure is being around 30psi? is that right? looking at the thread, fuel was raised to 44, and timing increased to 20...are these things that i should consider doing because some1 else did it and recieved results? i understand all cars are different and the only sure way is to dyno tune, but will roughly doing the same thing give me ball park results? how does one increase timing to 20? thanks in advance.
