Default B16A JDM, i need some professional help guys :)

Ok guys first i want to say thanks for everyone who reads this and wants to help
well i have my del sol and i swapped a B16A JDM (170hp) 3 years ago.
I shipped my car to Europe and i did some sick bodywork on it so it doesn't look like a del sol anymore but anyways. I want to know what i am doing wrong and how to fix it. My car was a lot faster and now its slower wow
ok so here is what i have done to my car:
milled the flywheel
milled the head just 0.66 mm
milled all the exhaust and intake ports on the head
DC headers and 2 1/2 inch straight out exhaust
ceramic clutch
P30 computer and chip from ebay with redline 9200 and vtec starts at 4800rpm
CAI and I took the AC off to lose some weight
the car is about 2400 lbs
i got some nice spark plug cables and fuel regulator
my car once ran a 14.9 in 1/4 mile and then it started giving me some problems and started running 15.5 !!!
i think all the problems started with my old fuel pump i guess it wasn't strong enough for all this new modifications to the car. well so i got a new external fuel pump (for up to 350hp) and i added the new pump at the front of the car jsut before the fuel rail but i didn't take the old one out so maybe that's why its still running mid 15s and the gas pressure is to low still coz of the stock pump?( I WILL TAKE IT OFF ASAP) well i don't know what it is but i really need help with all i have done to my babe i should be running mid or high 14s all the time. I will take that old fuel pump out and i was thinking i should get a nice racing cams and maybe double springs and valves.. I don't know if i need a new fuel injectors coz i think the stock b16a are 240cc so it should be for up to 210hp and that's my goal to get about 200-210hp from my b16A. I have wet NOS kit but i don't use it that much and i only do a 50 shot.. maybe i will start doing some 75 shot after the cams and valves and springs are replaced. I don't know how fast my car is with NOS but i know that if i can do some nice mid or high 14s without the NOS than i will go about 1 sec quicker with the NOS ( in 1/4 mile ). So please help me and tell me what i need to do.tell ya the truth i have already put over 35K in my car and dont wanna spend too much more in it dont even ask where the 35k went for (dvds/rims/b16/body work/sound/) i was young and stupid so thats why! i dont want to go turbo so thats not an option .. i just need my car to be in the 14s if i wanna go in the 10s i will just get on my street bike so please guys tell me what alse i need to get and what i need to take off
thanks guys

here is some pics of my car

HAHAHA looks like veilside ate a huge bowl of rice, then puked up your car. Although the body work is very professional (seemless, still has emblem, somewhat nice lines), it is now uncool to look that way so everybody hates.

The biggest problems I see are the EBAY chip, which you should replace with Hondata or at the least an AFC.The ebay chips are bad because you dont know what kind of fuel and ignition tables you are running. The second problem is the NOS you may well have done some internal damge to the motor by spraying it untuned, may have run really lean, detonated, cracked ring lands, etc. Do a compression check on the motor, if you dont know how then take it to a mechanic. Once you've established if the motor is good or not proceed from there.

Definitely get rid of the chip. Replace the pump with a Walbro 255 lph in tank pump. Go from there.

Good luck. Oh and your car should run 11's looking like that or you are gonna get laughed off the track.

Despite the flame at the beginning, at least we got a technical answer to the question. to Motormouth.

You just have to know H-T to know these guys. Oh, and 14 seconds in a 1.6 won't gain you too much respect. It is respectable, but nothing special, trust me, I own one.

True, true. Except for all the exotics over there. Not to mention autobahn cars. Don't know how far east it goes, but I would expect many to top out higher. Of course, they are probably geared longer.

by the way does anybody know how fast a b16 could get with a good build engin ..internals and tubo and some 75 shot of NOS hahah i am just asking and my guess would be 11s

Not quite. Search around about parts and see. B16's are by no means fast, but with decent money and work, a built turbo will see 12's, possibly 11's. I don't remember exact numbers, but I know there are b16's in the 10's and 9's (not professionaly built), but not very often. They were not built drag motors, but can be with enough effort (I suppose).
