my car started to stutter the other day and has progressivly getting worse untill today it got to the point i couldnt drive it, it almost seams like it starts its spazing fits when i go over bumps and dips in the road, will do it coasting at steady speeds and also if the car rolls over a bump at idle

also noticed with the engine off but the car in the start posistion the tach will jump and stutter like the motor is on and stuttering but it isnt

i was thinking it has to do with the distributer, but do i have to replace the entire thing?

 

where are the experts?

 

another thing that is weird about it is that as long as the car is parked and not moving i can rev it all the way up to redline without anything happening

 

cap is mint and so is the rotor inside, plugs i just bought, will check the coil pack inside the distributer if you think that could be it

 

someone please help, it wasnt any of those

 

maybe ignition module. thats the other thing inside the distributor. good luck.
