i have a crx with b16 and i use the car as my DD and occasionally do some autoX runs. i have been using PBR AXXIS Metal Masters front and stock shoes in the rear. it is time to do my brakes again and i was considering going with different pads. i have heard great things about Hawk HPS and AXXIS Ultimates. please reccomend some pads for DD/some autox runs.

 

i had Hawk HPS on the front and rear of my old crx and loved em...

 

love the hawks, have them on my 242whp integra. They stop great, they work great when they are hot, and they are clean too

 

A little pricey, but 4 DBA rotors and Endless CC-X pads worked awesome for me... lil slippy when they're cold, but 2 quick stops on a 50-60 degree day got them up to temperature fine. I give x 2

Hawk HPS pads are great for street and light track duty

I have them on both my cars

I've tried other pads as well none with same bite cold or even when warm.
Its just a better pad all the way around compaired to same setup with EBC green or stock.
