Poly Urethane Bushing kit vs oem
i have the oem kit but just for the rear and was wondering if it's worth buying the complete polyurethane kit so i can do the front at the same time. Is it really that big of a difference compared to OEM
which one is the RTA, i'm guessing the Rear Trailing Arms, if so well i do have the oems brand new so i could use those. I also wondered about the bolts that hold up the rta the ones that have a nut welded on the inside, i managed to get three off but the last one came half way out and won't budge anymore....any help with this?

what about just buying a performance LCA? and would it be a good idea to change the old pieces holding the RTA with a camber kit?
I think he's talking about the front LCA. I've never had any problems with the ES bushings (other than the RTA bushings), but one guy did and posted some pics of them deforming. If you need a camber kit, then get one, if not, then use the stock pieces, they work fine.
sorry to bother you guys, but where would i get some bushings?
i just picked up 4 conrer integ brakes and wanted to swap out new parts.
also, what are the mian bushings to swap?
im looking for oem, nt poly, thanks!!!!!!

get some energy suspention bushings there cheaper than 400 and they give you a whole kit make sure you get the black ones though because they are graphite impregnated (extra durability) for soem reason i dont know why the red versions dont come with that.
What problem did you have with the RTA bushing? If they deformed prematurely, it was due to improper installation. You torque them when they are under load, not when the car is in the air. I've had mine (Prothane) on for over 3 years, a little dirty, but other than that, they look the same as the day I put them in. Never a single problem despite naysayers. They're all floating pin now. Rubber on the other hand always comes apart, especially on lowered cars. Show me any car over 5 years old with rubber in that position and I will show you a torn bushing.
question, what about the bushing that are on the rear LCA. i know some aftermarket company's offer LCA with metal, rubber, and poly bushings. which one is better? and why?
OEM lasts longer. Proven product.
I've heard mixed reviews about poly bushings, like more vibration, breakage, but also tighter steering feel, etc... When I redo my suspension, I'm going all out OEM

look into hardrace bushings. they have a full kit at a resonable price through an ebay seller. only for integra i think. should be compatible with eg's.
