this is what i just done
pull the intake and I put my finger in the trottle body lower port bypass and the engine idle was good steady at 800 rpm do u guys think is the fast idle thermo valve ? thanks

Basically there are 2 IACV designs.....for the 92-01 Integras anyway. The narrow bolt pattern and the long bolt pattern. Edit: Spreading misinformation is bad!!!

Sounds like it could be the FITV, take it off and inspect it.....also, if you unplug the IACV, what does it do? If you unplug the IACV it should idle around 650....maybe higher depending on your base idle. It also might stall out due to your base idle being set too low....but that should tell you if its the FITV or IACV.

I dont know, I tried looking through my old pics but couldnt find any shots of the GSR IM. I have 6-7 LS manifolds outside and all of them have the short design (minus a pre 94 model)....and I thought my GSR had the long bolt pattern, but it looks like Im wrong because I know I put a 96+ intake manifold on my 95 model and the IACV bolted up just fine.
