Default Is my shift fork or slave cylinder broken???

Ok, my car(95 GSR) has a stage 3 CM clutch and I was driving normal the other day and pushed the clutch pedal in.. It hit the floor and I had no pressure.. I was able to drive the car home by shifting it into 1st gear while the car was off than turning it on and driving home in only 1st.

So I went and got a new slave cylinder. I took off the old one and the thing(shift fork??) that the rod from the slave cylinder presses against is pretty easy to move from right to left... Does that mean it is broken?? shouldn't it be hard to move around??

Anyways I put the new slave cylinder in and started to pressurize the system.. Well it ended up pushing the internals of the slave cylinder out to the point that it would start leaking.. So i dunno what to do? Does this mean something inside of my tranny is broken or did i pick up a defective slave cylinder??

Thanks...

you most likely snapped your shift fork... i had the same problem and thought it was the slave so i changed it out and started to bleed it, and when everyhitng seem ok and the clutch pedel felt stiff, the slave started to leak and pedel went to the ground. take off the boot thats around the slave and look at your fork. mine snapped. if thats the case, you would need pull off the tranny and change the fork. its like a 20 dollor fix but a **** load of labor.. update on waht you found
