Default horsepower vs. mph and e.t.

I finally broke into the 12's yesterday, which I'm really pleased about being I really don't have much seattime at the the track.

Anyway, the setup is in a dc2 integra, makes about 325whp/245wtq stock block. Car weighed in at 2560, and I was on 23x8x13 M&H on Lenso's.

Best run of the day was a 12.758 at 109.35. 1.82 60 ft.

I know the car has more in it, I'm trying to get a feel what other driver's have ran in a similar setup?

I really need to get my 60 ft down a bit, and I'd definently like to see my 1/8 mile mph go up, as I was only hitting 87.49 mph.

What is my trap speed good for as far as e.t.? Any advice?

Something isn't adding up. Is that 325whp on a dynojet?

Nope...dynapack. It does seem to be trapping a little low...it's tuned conservatively...prolly taking a few mph away, but I'd rather that then risk damaging anything right now. I'd like to see how much I can get out of the stock block before I start my build.

His et is low, considering he had a decent 60 ft. If I saw his timeslip, and didnt know how much power he was making, I'd guess he was making 280 whp.

i would say its a little low also. yuor 60ft is nice but your loosing it up top.

my car wieghts in at 2650p with 340whp on a mustang dyno, with 17/225/45bfg 60ft 2.10, trapping 122mph, 12.125 sec aslo no traction 1st 2nd fell out of boost in 3rd.

but all in all congrates on the 12sm now we need 2 see low 12s

Brian ran a 12.1 at 109 in his teg last weekend and 12.0 this weekend at 8 psi making 280 at the wheels. Maybe the dyno numbers are off.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I know the car has a bit more in it, I just need some more seat time.

Is the general conclusion the numbers are where they should be? Chad, would you be confident in saying I shouldn't have a problem hitting low 12's based on Brian's run?

I've kind of been suspicious the clutch maybe on it's way out, but the datalog file shows no evidence of that. Just for peace of mind, I'm going to do a compression and leak down test tomorrow.

I mean, overall I'm satisfied for now, I made the decision I wouldn't get my spare block together until I dipped 12's, so now I have an excuse

the dynapacks read higher than dynojets and much higher than mustang dynos. so his #'s are a right about where they should be.it also depends on the tack. congrats on the 12's

Brian made that power on a dynojet. I am not sure what his car weighs now but I believe it is around 2600 lbs b/c he has that autopower roll cage and all the other crap in his car. I think you should be able to hit mid to low 12's depending your 60 foot times and how you shift. Shoot cluelessmale a pm that is brians screen name on here.

most dynopacks read a little high so that sounds about right

I do not know how much boost. That day I change my boost setting form 80.02% to 85.02%, I keep forgetting to look at the gauge. But I think it be either 9 or 10 PSI. I have to work on my car before this weekend so I will take it down the street and see what it hits.
